Do you ship worldwide?
yes, we ship worldwide!
How many days will take my order?
We will take 3/4 working days to produce it, then only shipping time.
What courier are you going to use for shipping?
Most of the order will be shipped with Fedex.
Orders
Can I entrust the graphics of my handkerchief package to you?
Of course, our team of graphic designers is ready to create your customized package. Write us an email, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Is there possibility to order pack with different blister?
Yes, we also offer blister of 1, 2 or 3 packs. You can choose this option during the order process.
Where I find my invoice?
You will receive your invoice by email within 24 hours from your order.
Do you accept return?
Returns are usually not available for customized products. Of course if there is some problem with the product, contact us sending a picture and we will find a solution to help you.
Can I order more than 10'000 pcs.?
Yes, sure. Please contact our sales team to have your quote.
Can I order a blister of 2 or 3, and ask to put inside different graphics?
Yes you can. You should select the product you want with the blister of 2 or 3. Create the first graphic and add the product to the cart. Then repeat the process, creating a different graphic. If you choose the blister of 3 repeat it another time. So you have a cart with 2 or 3 products, each with his graphics. Now you have to pay the order and send us an email asking to mix the pack in the blister.
NOTE: you must order at least 1000pcs. per graphic.
Payments
Do you accept only prepaid?
Yes, this is mainly for two reasons:
1) we will ship you order in few days, so there is no reason to wait weeks or months to pay it.
2) This allow us to maintain low price. Otherwise we should assume new collaborator to chase up missed payments and delays.
What type of payments method do you accept?
We accept all prepaid method: credit, debit and prepaid card, Paypal, Google Pay, ShopPay and Bank Deposit.
How can I pay with Bank Deposit?
You can do the same as for other payment method. The difference is that we need some more days to verify the bank transfer before starting the production.
