How many days will take my order?
We will take 2/3 weeks to produce it, then only shipping time.
What courier are you going to use for shipping?
Most of the order will be shipped with Fedex.

Of course, our team of graphic designers is ready to create your customized package. Write us an email, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Is it possible to order packs with different blister?
Yes, we also offer blister of 1, 2 or 3 packs. You can choose this option during the order process.
Where do I find my invoice?
You will receive your invoice by email within 24 hours from your order.
Do you accept returns?
Les retours ne sont généralement pas possibles pour les produits personnalisés. En cas de problème avec le produit, contactez-nous en nous envoyant une photo et nous trouverons une solution.
Can I order more than 10,000 pieces?
Oui, bien sûr. Veuillez contacter notre équipe commerciale pour obtenir un devis.
Can I order a blister of 2 or 3, and ask to put inside different graphics?
Oui. Sélectionnez le produit souhaité avec un blister de 2 ou 3. Créez le premier visuel et ajoutez le produit au panier. Répétez ensuite l'opération en créant un autre visuel. Si vous choisissez un blister de 3, répétez l'opération une autre fois. Vous obtenez ainsi un panier de 2 ou 3 produits, chacun avec son propre visuel. Vous devez ensuite payer la commande et nous envoyer un e-mail pour nous demander de mélanger le pack dans le blister. ATTENTION : vous devez commander au moins 1 000 pièces par visuel.
Payments
Do you only accept prepayments?
Yes, this is mainly for two reasons:
1. Orders are fulfilled in a few days;
2. This will allow us to maintain our prices as low as possible.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept most payments: credit, debit and prepaid cards, Paypal, Google Pay, ShopPay and Bank Deposit.
How can I pay with Bank Deposit?
You can do the same as for other payment methods. The difference is that we need some more days to verify the bank transfer before starting the production.
